Rotary Pics and Video

Hey if you guys are wondering where the rotary pics and movies are, i have found a website of one of Texas' premiere rotary tuners. The site has video of an RX-8 doing a burnout in thier newly built facility in San Antonio called Alamo Rotary. The owner has a 550-600hp 3-rotor FD. The site is pretty good but the services and quality of the job is next to none. check it out
you will also find pics of thier 3-rotor project. HAPPY ROTORING

thanx. how did you guys like rotary datsun restoration, beatiful aint it? man that paint job is clean i can eat off of it. hey if you guys ware looking for 20B's i have a friend who knows a guy that is one of the top 3 distributors for selling complete 20B's. the motor alone with all hoses and intake and turbo, no harness or computer is around 1500 to 2500k and complete with tranny harness and ecu starts at 3k. if there are any takers you might have to wait a while cause since the 8 came out hes been busy making calls to buy more japanese 2 and 3 rotor motors. hes actually has a waiting list that goes as far ahead as 18 months. well im glad that you guys loved the site and be sure to sign the guest book at alamo rotary! Happy Rotoring

one more thing...my father is looking into buying an 8 in about the next year to 2 or 3 years. we went to my local mazda dealer and got to drive 2 8's: one Red fully loaded with 6MT all optioned out, and a yellow one in AT with only a few options and the base model 16" rims. how is this for an RX-8 config:
Red with rally red interior, 18"s, AT, 238HP motor, nav system, accent pak with strakes, bose audio, power everything incl. sun/moon roof, a/c, tinted windows, and free tires for life for around $35k if he were to buy it now. now if its in a few years then it would be lower to around 30-33k. of course it is a special order since they dont have AT with higher power motor. but when we took the test drive in the 6MT .... was that a blast or what!!! i mean the motor is so smooth to its 9500 redline and in 4th gear with 3 people i reached 125MPH before i had to drift the car in 2nd at close to a 50 degree angle. thank god for texas having more backroad test drive than a pornstar doing her job. no pun inteded. but with the yellow AT it was almost as good but with the extra 200lbs from the AT i hated it. no rotary motor should ever have to be mated to an AT. if only ford let mazda build the 8 only with a 6MT i would be ecstatic. rotaries are meant to run high rpms. the AT's other con is that fuel cutoff happens before the 8500rpm redline and 9500rpm cutoff. what a downer. oh and 2 weeks ago when it was raining for 3 weeks on and off my father was using my car and a guy happened to not look where he was turning and hit my '85 GSL-SE in the driver side rear fender lip (where it flares out just a bit) it wasnt that bad cause one of our best friends carefully tapped it out and made it close to original. and next tuesday were taking it in to get it painted. and the best part was is that we were only charged $450 for the repair. including labor and paint. thank goodness that we have friends in every field like medical, dental, airline travel, hotel, restauraunt, etc... but my car will be beatiful again.
