I actually think this is a great idea, rick. But being the innocent, law-abiding person that I am, I have no idea where I could go to get a pic of my car where it is illegal, except for the following.
1) front lawn of the Pentagon. With my freshly made donut in the back ground.
2) Penn Ave. Right in front of the White house. With above said donut.
3) On the Mall in front of the Washington *****, uh, Monument. With above said donut.
Unfortunately, I would also have the Secret service in the background as well, running with guns and ****, ready to beat my poor little butt into submission.
And I dont think i would be going to Club Penn after any of that. More likely, the less-friendly, butt-raping Penn.
So could you give me more ideas?

You can't believe how many holes there are. Even if something is closely watched you can still get near it. Look at all the water resevoirs we have in the US. All it would take is for someone to drive over a bridge and drop some sort of chemical agent into those water reserves to contaminate a city's water supply. There are sooooo many ways. Tagging an Air Force one plane isn't that great of a feat. Even if it is real.

I have an idea. lol Theirs a local police dept her in um (BLANK) that the troopers can't take their cars home with them. I always drive past them at night. never anyone around. hmmmmm I need ideas!
