Hi im a neweeb here but just wanted to share my new rims 18x7.5
any thoughts?

 

Nice rims, but you should have gone wider with the width.

 

They look good, but HockeyRX-8 is right. It's not good to go below an 8" width.

 

in the back or all around go 8"?

 

All around is better. some people run 8.5 all around, some do 9.5 in back and 8.5 in front. But not many will go below 8.

 

They look nice at least.

 

What company are the rims from?

well i didnt want to stag them because i heard it upsets the 50/50 balance and produces understeer?

there sport max wheels cheap i only got them for looks the stock rims i will put track tires on and use only when i got to the track...

any upgrade ideas? i got an exhuast but thats it...

7.5 ouch.
intake, pulleys, high flow cat, racing beat reflash, and springs would be nice.

 

Narrow cheap wheels are narrow and cheap.

You got heavier and narrower wheels than stock... weak.

If you got those in 18x9.5 +35 they'd be super heavy but at least you could run some aggressive rubber. Anyway, it's your car, and don't listen to the flamers (me).

 

go with 11 inch rears and 9 inch fronts. if that fits i am so copying you.

They look good. I like them. But they would look sick if you had a off set.
Go wide in the back. Get a off set in the back and keep the two back wheels incase you get a flat

 

Mesh wheels looks sexy on the 8!

 

I made the same mistake so don't feel bad. I'll keep these until I have money for some Axis.
