Speed_8 is secretly in love with me, that's why he felt the need to comment He just gets mad when I don't show him any attention.

I'd be cautious to say the car handles better than stock at this height. When you get past a certain point, ride height plays tricks with the suspension geometry. Your main goal isn't grip driving, so it isn't a huge deal.

can't wait to see it fitted, the car won't look quite as low though. Sunk wheels often give the illusion of a lower car. What wheels did you have in mind?

Lap times to prove this?
With the suspension travel that you're using to be that low on the ground your car just doesn't handle right.
If you like the super low look then power to you but stating that it is an improvement over stock, while it isn't in any way is not wise.
Our suspension design\geometry has got its needs to work at best.

I don't think anyone really minds, it was just a little incorrect to post that an rx8 at this height will outhandle a stock rx8, or an rx8 with properly tuned springs/dampers.

For drift it may not matter quite as much, and will look great with the right set of wheels

i've always been a fan of some properly sized ssr professors, or some work vs-xx. on the cheaper side i have been looking into a set of mb battles just to keep me happy until i get out of college.

I can see that. It's probably bouncing off the bump stops or even resting on them. That will make the rear loose quick.

It's a bit too low, but with spacers or the right wheels, it will look pretty sexy.
