I keep getting asked about my Avitar Picture so Here is where it originates from...plus a few extra fun pics And yes that is a real lens flare...it was not delibrate but it definitely wasn't photoshopped.

What is the big one? Is it a kit that we could buy from somewhere? Does the product have a name?

the big one is from Jada Toys...import Racer...Blue RX-8 Wave 2...make sure to get wave 2 (or version 2 whatever)...as this one has the leds in the wheel wells, and the back has an 'audio system' non-functional that is lit up red...

also it comes with a tool to remove the wheels/tires and swap them with a different set that comes with it

Just so you know item numbers are the same I believe for red and blue so becareful if you are buying so you get the color you want

They are 1:10 size so they are HUGE (as you can see from the pics) they don't run very fast (compared to the methane powered ones you can pic up at hobby shops) but believe me they are fun to play with: there is one problem...they are dropped so low that they don't work very well if you have rough terrain or a plush carpet

I saw it originally at the Mall of America, $89 dollars plus %6.5 tax...thought to myself what a great deal...I almost bought it and then decided to see if there was another color...low and behold on ebay I got it NEW for $42 + $10 shipping, no tax :D If you guys cant find the thing I'll scrounge up the ebay seller I got it from...it was a first class operation/transaction

There is also Wave 1...no lighting and no simulated audio system but if you are collecting all of them here is the pic of a white one:
