Talking My Rotary RC Collection

Some of you may have seen my RX-8 (HPI) before. The RE Amemiya RX-7 (Yokomo) D1 drift car and legendary 787b LeMans winner (Tamiya) are new. All are 1/10th scale electric RC cars.

I've got an O.S.30 R/C airplane rotary engine but that's it as far as my R/C rotaries are concerned.

which hpi is the 8. i just got the rs4 nitro 3 evo and put on the rx8 body as well. although mine is plain because every time i tried to mask off the body the paint would seep under the tape and it wouldnt come off. so i just kept it straight black like my 8.

That's a nice collection. And a format where the 8 could win a head to head!

Varney, the hpi that i am running cost me about $530 which included a preassembled car, fuel, radio, fuel bottle, charger, glow plug ignitor, and having the car broken in and tuned by the local hobby place. the rx8 body itself from hpi is i think $26 and then the cost of the paint. my car stock is capable of doing around 40 mph out of the box. its not a bad deal and i get to have some fun with my friend because he has one also. hpiracing.com is the site. i have the rs4 nitro evo 3.

If you have photoshop, open the file. Then Save As - and rename it. Then PShop will bring up an Options prompt with a slider for image quality. Push the slider all the way left (to 'low') and it should reduce the size.
