Nice surprise... was definitely something I wouldn't have thought of. My friend has an older SHO and she hates the crap out of that thing lol. I'm sure the newer ones are much better though. Her's is older, so it makes sense that it's in worse condition anyways.

i actually would of been happier if ford didn't badge it as a Taurus because its not a taurus just some idiot decided to grab the name in hopes of a great marketing scheme

you should see the amount of hate on the SHOforum from the yamaha V6 fans seems that they can't accept the fact that their cars are pieces of **** in todays day and age and the fact that women aren't attracted to them unless conan obrien is driving

The new one is definitely a whole different beast... definitely more attractive (numbers and looks) than the previous versions.

How does it feel so far? My only concern would be the weight. It's definitely got a lot of power to counteract the weight, but are you able to feel the weight in terms of handling?

I'm doing a similar change myself, though I'm moving to something a tad older and a little lighter.

you actually only feel the weight in braking... they are big brakes but definately not the same as my RX-8

the handling is pretty damn good i like it more than the Audi S8 in terms of feel... i feel more connected to the SHO than an S8... the only scary part is that the car is really wide that oncoming traffic on a narrow twisty road i'm always worried that "what if the guy oncoming is partially crossing over the line i really don't have the room to avoid him"
