Smile My mazda RX-8 Carbon project

Hi! I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on modifying my RX8
I have now few carbon parts, and going to buy more. Should i go with carbon stickers or real carbon parts?

Is there any more good modifications to the engine that can be done increasing hp and toruqe without spening much money?

These are the specs of my car:

Engine
1,3l wankelmotor 5speed manual (stock 191hp) Lowpower model

Enginemodifications:
Greddy sp2 exhaust and HKS air intake (sounds great and run great !!)
(If you know how much horsepowers and torque this is, please leave a message!)

Body
-Carbon front and back skirts
-side skirts
-Thetrunk is taped with carbon
-Tinted backlights

Wheels
- summerwheels: 20" BACK: 255/35 FRONT: 235/35
- Winterwheels: 18" 225/40

Soundsystem
Original Bose soundsystem

This is how my RX8 looks like now:

This is how I want it to look like:

PLEASE SHARE WHAT YOU THINK OF THIS DESIGN! =)

Get some CF side skirts.
A midpipe/racepipe will increase hp.
You should also reconsider how the front lip is mounted and get some bracing so you don't lose it at high speeds.

Since you also care about performance...
Drop those huge 20" rims and put some 18x8 wheels with narrower tyres. 225\40 is more than enough meat for a low powered rx8.

The Greddy Sp2 will give you 1-2hp AT MOST. I am unsure if the HKS intake will even give you any performance benefits. If your intake is anything like the K&N hot air intake, you actually lose power.

You have a 5speed RX8, which I assume is the lower powered model overseas. Throw a catless midpipe on it and call it a day.

This is how my intake is placed, so i suppose thisone breaths hot air? Where can i buy pipes to the filter so it will take in cold air?

That's not even a full hks intake. It usually comes with an aluminium box that gets very very very very hot.
Dump that filter and put the stock airbox back in!

Don´t have it... I don´t think the previous owner either have it...
My rx8 don´t even get to optimal temperature when I´m driving,

it gets 2bars below the middle on the temperature gauge

that's normal, the only way to really know is to get an actual oil temp gauge.
Original box or ms/aem cold air intake, that one you got there isn't the best by any means.

Either go back to stock, get an AEM CAI, or Racing Beat intake... Your set up is worse than a freaking K&N set up.

That is a universal CAI, so it fits any car. Which pretty much means it is crap for our car.

By putting that intake in your car, is is basically the same thing as putting that electric china **** in there. Except it isn't electric. It is just china ****.

Thanks for the warning! I´ll get that AEM intake as soon as possible. and maybe the catless midpipe, but alot of people are saying that you need to go adjust your engine if you put one of those on your car?
