Even the "numbers" in the rags are usually B.S., anyway.

If you want some insight into the "numbers game", read Mike Speck's article about the UMS Tuning Evo in the same issue.
I'm friendly with Tony over there and he's a good guy, but there is a lot of "between the lines" in that article.

They're talking about snow down this way, so the drifting would be double fun!
Let me know where you are here.

Maybe you should let ME drive your car, seeing as you've driven mine before!

omg, I just cancelled my subscription last month to modified mag because they never give any love to the RX-8. You see 2 million 350Z's and S2000's, but never any 8's. Just my luck that next month finally gives the 8 some respect!!!

Congrats Jeff! By far and away, one of the nicest RX8's out there. Definitely deserving of the praise, although it should be your 8 on the cover!

Time to start saving for a turbo setup

I know Tony too... called him when I was working on my 612 hp Evo story. Tony told me a bit about that car. That sucker's had a hard life and Tony drives it at 9/10ths at the track, the way an Evo should be driven. That car may be rough, but it really does make the power Tony's claiming.

BTW-the 612 hp Evo pulls were made using C16 as fuel. On high octane pump gas I believe the dyno pull showed 480 hp!

That's it! I'm filling my tank with 93 octane, 12 bottles of octane booster, and a box of moth *****. Then I'll make a gazillion horse power and get into a magazine . And yes, there will be video.

Yeah, better to buy from WalMart because they don't support anyone but 13-year-old Malaysian children in sweat shops.
