ok, I can't get mine to light up. Rear lights are still working and on, brake light still works as well. Wires are not loose in the clamp things.
Reseated the wire clamps and it still doesn't work. My lights still work which is a plus, I really don'y want to be splicing wires.

Al, you were 100% correct. The wire clamps don't work.
Here is what happened. The car's lights wires were clipped ok from the clamp, not perfect but enough. The wires on the rotary light weren't clipped at all from the clamp. all the clamp did was dent them.
I ended up just cutting the wire covers off all the wires, twisting the rotary wires around the car's wires. I then wrapped them in electric tape, took the metal peice out of the clamps and just clamped around the electric tape to hold everything together.
it's working now.

And as I told Lebren on page 1, I hate the crimp on wire taps, they always fail me!!

Wow a lot has gone on since last post. Bacon I'm sorry I was out of cell range all day.
The tap splices suck if they don't bite hard enough, ie if you use needlenose pliers versus standard pliers. It makes it worse when the part of the Tail light wire is crimped multiple times. It weakens the wires which could lead to failure later on. If you'd like I can send you a few splices Bacon, the nice red ones.
These have been used in the LED industry for some time now and have proven to work well, 99% of t&he time.
Thanks guys for collaborating to get the issue resolved, good work indeed!
