Hoping to make it DGRR this year, we'll see as the time gets closer if I have the extra cash to make the trip.
Oh I didn't forget, remember I installed your downpipe.
I will definitely install it before I set the engine on the mounts.
It's DEI Tunnel Shield, it's Aluminum with a fiberglass backing.... Floor & Tunnel Shield II - Heat & Sound Insulation 050507 | Purchase DEI, CryO2, Ny-Trex, Boom Mat & SPA Turbo Products | Design Engineering, Inc. - Thermal Performance Products

Turbo Remounted
Not sitting on the engine mounts in this pic but the waste gate actuator fits this time.
Piping all test fit before powder coating, I had to modify the tray a little bit because of the location of my recirc bung.
The next time I post pics everything will be powder coated and back together, I can't wait for the car to be done.

Filled and bled the brake system last night.
I ended up using a lot less fluid than I thought I would, I only used about a half a liter.
I filled the Master Cylinder and gravity bled it.
Then gravity bled all four corners, which worked extremely well considering there was basically no air in the system during the next round of bleeding.
After gravity bleeding I bled the MC, then all 4 corners, and the MC one more time using the traditional two person bleeding procedure.
Thanks for the help Chris.

So of course another delay haha
I brought everything to be powder coated and after some test pieces we decided everything had to be polished first before being powder coated.
Why you ask?
Well the powder I'm using is a transparent powder which allows the parts surface to show through, and to get the intended effect it has to be applied over a reflective base. The difference in the result is HUGE and will be worth all the extra effort to polish everything.

Turbo is Mounted, down pipe is on, majority of the piping is installed, wastegate lines connected to solenoid, Synapse DV and boost sensors are connected to vacuum source, intercooler is mounted, and engine is back on the mounts.
Not very much left to do, need to drop in the airbox tray, install the MAF housing and front intake pipe, put on the Greddy oil pan, connect the oil feed and drain lines, install mid pipe and wide band O2 sensor.
