yes, it's supposed to be angled so it's right between the intercooler and the driver-side oil cooler

I never knew it hit the fogs because I had aftermarket bumpers on

but I changed the filter to a shorter one because the kit's design is flawed and a shorter filter works wayyyyyyyy better

Loosen the hose clamp and raise filter says scott. Haven't doen will post pics with finished product.
