K&N qustion

Recently added the stage 1 kit on the car and the filter hits the drivers side fog light. I had to remove it on order to put on the stock bumper. Did anone else have this problem?

You have the first one. Sell it. Get the second one. Its the only one that will do anything.

You should ask Scott or anyone in the Mazsport section for more information.

ahh, i called it. lol. yea i remember seeing imrtommy's kit and the filter was right there. I don't see any way to put the fog light unless you move the intake elsewhere.

How about a differant filter size?

Or get some sheet metal and make a bracket for the fog light.

it's actually a decent location, get air blowing straight at it.

but the fact that you must remove the rebar for it is a kill.

You could fab up a new intake plumbing that sits under the cooling panel shroud.

Or switch to a shorter filter and see if you have room after that to put the fogs.

fabbing up the plumbing would seem like the best option. Just wonder what that would cost.

I think a 90 degree elbow and maybe a straight is all that would be needed. already have the filter and couplers to put it on.
