The whole process can be time consuming, remember Rome was not built in a day, but it was built.

Cheers, RX8 Pusher

Thanks for the update...

I want to be part of this building of rome..... I know I can make money with this emblem up here.

Who from Toronto Here.... BLue Eyes! ... What do you think of all those Chinese "Rice" shops at Pacific Mall and Market Village? I'm sure I could sell them as they have all kinds of senseless crap (this thing is actually good) and theres so many little shops like that.

OK well I didn't know it was strictly for club use... sorry.... Its probably better that way anyways. The only reason why I though of selling it is that it seems pretty probable that if we keep it within the club it will cost way too much to spilit up amongst us...

just an idea

If it's quality, I personally don't care if it's "members only" (LOL, I just cracked myself up there) or if it's offered to "the others." Just please oh please don't make it cheesy. And if it flakes off, that will suck huge.

That badge looks amazing. I would definetly buy two and a steering wheel one if they get made.

I'd probably buy a front & back badge, but $100 for the set would be too much. I'd easily pay close to $50 for the set. So I'd like to wait and see final pricing and product before commiting.

BTW, can you make a second version that spins in place whenever you come to a stop (say at lights)?

:P

that'd actually be pretty easy to do, as long as you had only one post, just hook up a small motor to the brake lights... it'll spin when ever you mash the breaks. It'll look really gay, but that's your call

I like the badge, very nice design

Well funny guys, you start posting right when i come to a problem lol... where the top part of the 8 connects with the original ring, it keeps breaking, i think its because im trying to make it to scale, but now ive started to try to make it a lil bit bigger, just as concept. In tracy, i found a chrome shop i talked to the manager that runs it, told him the idea of yours, printed out the pic and he said its possible, but.... heres the part that sucks, but its true, We cant use the original holes from the first mazda piece.... i tried to make it work, but its not... and i even scratched my paint from trying.. ill upload some pics later today, im at work right now, but im excited about this.. and think we should copyright this because i think its gonna look awsome. oh... each emblem shouldnt be over 45$ hes going to chrome me cheap since he said we had alot in common... i hope hes not hittin on me..oh god..

the RX-7 had the 7rotary logo

there is only one line of Rotary Cars left in production in the world...the RX line...so it deserves a unique emblem

but in addition the actual mazda symbol is oversized and a little to bubbly for me...does not coincide with the lines of the car

I sort of like this more, more rotary community oriented rather then just Rx8, it was designed awhile ago for Ryan he has expressed some interest in getting it made into a car emblem.

If anyone is capable with doing a professional/quality looking job with it, I can run it buy him.
