It was wearing, not bad at all. Mostly wear I scrape my front lip and sideskirts, some on the door handle. But then again I only used 1 and a half gallons so I'm sure the gold will last a lot longer.

Jeep JK Plastidip Fail - YouTube
Yeah, despite what his video says, its apparent he didn't spray it properly. Had a professionally dipped RSX come into the shop with fender/hood/front bumper damage and when I peeled the dip from the blend panels, it came off in big sheets with relative ease. Wiped the residue off with a paper towel and a water/alcohol cleaning spray and it was as good as new. Took a whopping 20 minutes.

To the OP- Looks fantastic man!

Plasti dip is awesome fun. I played with it little and it holds up good is long you clean it before good. If you put thin coat it is not fun to peel it off, but if you do three or more coats it peels in one piece. I just did my faded beat up 97 long bad club cab fourwheel 2500 cummins turbo diesel pearl white with gold rocker panels and it cost me 480$ plus air gun and it beats 1800$ estimate from maaco and they gonna screw it and it will fade in year or two.
