I like the mazdaspeed look without the obnoxious spoiler. Yellow is my least favorite color though. Just screams banana. I've only liked yellow on super exotics. (ie- The only time hot pink or lime green will still look dope is on a murcielego or bugatti)

Beaut car, man - looks really hot. Is that a genuine MS front? Mesh isn't black - or is it just the light?

sorry I'm not at liberty to discuss how much it all costs stereo wise as it was a buddy-buddy price as I've known the shop owners for over a decade and i travel to shows for them etc. I will say I'm still paying for it all, just at a discounted rate.

It is a real MS front and those are real MS sides, rumored to be one of the last pair of pre-painted "banana" sides out there I did a different style mesh than what came with it just to be different, I see them black all the time, wanted to try and mix it up a bit.

lol, we wanted something back there people would recognize, with this design we got the triangle in there for us rotards, and we got the Mazda symbol for the rest of the world
Originally we were just going to do rotary symbols and such but it didn't quite turn out right and nobody understood the significance anyway lol

Thanks for all the kinds words everyone, it really is awesome to get complimented when you don't even expect it

some colors go really well with chrome, others don't. I am of the opinion that this particular color goes really wel with chrome so I went for it. I don't think they're that gawdy, I mean, they're not 20's with spinners or something that have ajacked up spoke pattern, they were simple, clean, and the right color so that's why I got them. Either way, some people hate chrome and I can understand that, I come from a custom/street rod/min-truck background so I've always loved chrome, my car rolling into a lot on a bright sunny day with the light bouncing off the wheels every which way is really hard to beat (at least in my opinion, which when it comes to my car is all that really counts lol) Some people aren't into that and that's fine too, thanks for the comment, you might even change your mind if you ever saw it in person

And I can't emphasize this enough, THANK YOU all for the comments, very much appreciated!!!!

I agree with you. 9 out of 10 chrome rims are gaudy...yours is nice. It's simple 5 spoke, and compliments your car really well, especially since you kept your 8 with clean mods.

I was just thinking how clean this car looks with a kit and NO wing. Keep it as is and play more with the interior instead!

Very pretty car you got there Hoss, how did you remove the emblems from the car. I kinda like the smmooooothh look, no blingy stuff to ruin the Yellow glow.

Front bumper comes without the holes so that was easy (I had the original one filled as well anyway but then I got hit and pushed into another car leaving the window open for the Mazdaspeed). On the back everything except the "RX-8" has holes, so they have to be filled and painted. I had all that done last year when the car underwent serious hail damage.

Every wreck/mishap is just another opportunity for customizing!! lol
