While we're on the topic of rims, what do you guys think of maybe darkening the stock rims. Not like powdercoating them white but just a greyish, much like the charcoal mazdaspeed ones. Before I washed my car last week, the rims were pretty dirty and I thought it would look pretty good. All of this on a white 8 of course

I have a JDM RX8 with that key. Came from Japan. I am in Bangladesh and all rx8's here are from JDM grey market imports. I didnt know different markets don have that key.

My dash came from the dealership. I was the lucky person who purchased their decked out project RX-8

I'll ask them next time I'm at the dealership though...

 

That looks VERY cheesy. They take a $28K+ car down to the level of a riced out Civic in my opinion. At least get the Mazdaspeed replacement CF pieces and not those nasty stickers. It is WAY too much...to many stickers in too many places throughout the car.

No offense to you SnowFl8k. If you like them that is cool. Just my personal opinion of course.

not my cup of tea, i dont really like any kind of CF other than regular CF weave, not bashing you, ive seen $150,000+ sl55's come with silver CF FROM THE FACTORY doesnt look honda ricey in my opinion, it just doesnt appeal to me and its reflective for my eyes. but everybody has their own tastes in aesthetics and don't let other peoples opinions change yours.

 

Well I did it guys, after two years of waiting, I just bought a brand new white rx-8 yesterday. I will edit my post later to include some pictures and specs.

 

These are before the all day wash\clay\polish\wax. It still looks okay though.
