How much did it cost for installation and painting, and whats it called on the website?

How long was it in the shop?

Its a VIS Magnum Kit, I paid 800 CDN for it, from a local authorized VIS Dealer. it costed me 1000 CDN to paint and install. so in total 1800. thats about 1500-1600 USD. Mind you I could have gotten the paint and install between 6-800. But the guys that did this kit do good work, i figured Im saving alot by buying the replica, might as well pay a few extra bucks to get it looking right. The kit was pretty much plug and play, the rear diffuser was the hardest thing to install.

Unlike many replicas, the VIS kit comes with the actual rear diffuser and not the entire bumper. Mind you they had moulded it onto the stock bumper after and re sprayed the entire thing.

The car was in the shop for 2 and a half days, I dropped it a Thursday Morning and Picked it up on Saturday afternoon. They were quite quick with it...

As for the looks of the car, It does make a big improvement over stock, I say its a good investment if your keeping the car for a while..

Thanks for the comments guys, I really appreciate it. I will post more pics when my system goes in.

2 x 10W7
MB Quart QAA 2500 and QAA 4250
JL ZR 3 way comps upfront.

Im doing a setup similar to Kel's but with Alcantar (that suedey material)

I finally bought mine 2 days ago... White Shinka, and I'm glad I waited for the white. I almost went for the Galaxy Grey, and that would have been a mistake.

I traded in my trusty old Subaru SVX. I miss it, but parts were becoming unavailable.

Glad to be one of the Club!

Here's my future!

Hey, as of right now I do NOT own a MAzda Rx-8. However, I am dreaming of getting one within the next year or so (white all the way). What do you all think of this body kit the I am planning on getting?

Personally I don't much care for it...but that's just my opinion. The only kits I'm a fan of are the MS, Autobahn, and Autoexe. Good luck in your buying experience.
