Calling all Titanium Grays
Hey that's a nice shot of the flame coming out but if you rev your car like your in gear from first to fourth go to third or fourth gear and rev slower all the way up and hold it at the rev limiter you will pop out a lot of flames really quick and let off the accelerater and real quick smash the pedal and you can pop a 5 foot flame I did it with my friend in his Corvette behind my and the flame went up his hood and he slammed on the brakes ...no I'm not FI I'm still n/a ..but nice shot
Murdoc, your car is looking more Galaxy Gray to me..
& hot pics ORADA76, is that hood plastidip? I've been thinking about two toning with it.. I'm just afraid of a two-tone fade in the paint after being out in the sun with it like that for a while..

yes his is. 04' and 05' models were titanium grey, following years changed to galaxy if im not mistaken
I'm guessing that's an HDR (or somewhat shopped) image. The vibrance is too sharp to be a canned photo.
Or he can clean and shine like no other. May need to tip the Zano master, Jedi on this one.

Thanks. If I had to do it again, I would have wrapped it. The painter is a friend of mine and he gave such a great deal on painting, I could no pass it up. Like I said though, if I could do it again, wrap it cuase you can always take it off. I do worry about the day the paint starts to fade but for now I try to treat the paint once a month to stop it from fading.
I haven't taken any shots of my car in forever... decided to do a quick shoot on my lunch break today. The orange on the wheels is just electrical tape, I wanted to try it out and see if I like the look.

^ The MS accent parts are painted gunmetal, which is pretty close to titanium gray (but not the same) there are some pics several pages back.
bmak had my MS accents painted matte black before I got the car from him, and I think it looks great with tigrey.

Thanks guys, I think I like it too... now I need to do the other side.
I thought about having them painted, but you really have to get up close to notice that it's tape and that way I can change the color whenever I feel like it.

Anyways, for the changing of the filter, if you go to the website that sells the intake, they have a PDF file that shows you how to install the whole intake. That's what I followed. At the end, it shows you how to replace the filter. If it is K&N, all auto stores near you should have replacement filters pretty cheap. But once again, dont quote me.
K&N's are supposed to be lifetime filters, but you have to clean them now and then. They should sell the cleaning kits at local auto stores. That said, I did have to replace mine once because the rubber tore open on one end. If I remember right, the filter that's in the Revi kit is special made for Racing Beat, I had to order it through them.
Here's a pic from my HTC Amaze!
