Stormy Blue w/ black leather looks good to me...
I've got a stormy blue GT with the black leather. I like the black because it will not show dirt/stains/etc over the life of the seats as easily as the sand. I've had the car for 5 weeks and once I get off my butt and remember to get out the camera after I've washed the beast, I'll post some picks.

This thread reminds me of what I was doing in the middle of January, in 25 degree icy/windy conditions, at nine in the morning.
Phantom, or Stormy? Ok, Stormy, wait nononnnn Phantom...no! Stormy! NO, PHANTOM! ArGH, my frozen head. I just wanted to sex the Phantom blue like an old Montego FD, so I went with it.
Beautiful shots in here guys. Nice cars.

Myriad, beautiful car. I've never seen this color in real life, but sure looks good in pictures. I love the FN01R-C's. Are those silver or gunmetal? What is the size and offset?

thanks! you really have to see the color in person in some light to get it's full "mica" effect.
the wheel color is called hyperblack. 18*8.5 +48 offset. you're safe with as low as +38 though i'm sure. and the lower offsets have more concave. i'm not convinced they perform as well though. anyone have any thoughts on that? There's probably a thread on it here somewhere.

wow, I really like this colour. I like how it has a slight pearlescent in it. But one thing I have noticed is that I like it a lot more when it is fitted with the exhaust finisher. At least I am comparing it with the other picture where it does not have an exhaust finisher. Either that or it is because one has a Mazdaspeed exhaust and the other is a stock exhaust. Anyways, I don't even think I am making any sense anymore.

I have just noticed that the Stormy Blue Mica is the only colour that looks good with side strakes on. At least that is my own personal preference. For some reason, side strakes just should not be on an 8 for any other colour, but for a Stormy Blue Mica it feels like it should be on (just like the exhaust finisher) to make the car look better. Either that or I am just weird? But that is just my own personal preference.

I went to the dealership today for a filter and an oil cap. With my phantom blue I was parked next to a stormy. Next to a phantom. Next to a Stormy! It was a beautiful sight, 2 each of my favorite two colors. I think one day I'll have to have one. nice cars, everyone.
