and "D Rob" how do you like the red? The red always seems to look a bit dull in pictures, but then it looks better in person, right? Like...glossier and sharper??

Zero Counter Steer
I like it, but for one as "virgin" as I wanted there were no other color options (for 2011). Yeah, a wax would probably help but the red is rather maroon-ish, and my camera is the best point and shoot money can buy, in 2007 lol. So that doesn't help.

The red I test drove last time looked muchhh shinier than in the picture, and did not appear maroon-ish...hmmm!!!

thanks guys! i actually raised it up from the first pic i posted, the car was pretty much sitting on chassis then, as i would scrape road deflectors evreytime i would change lanes. and im acutally planning to get a new set of rims specially for track use only so yea i will be running bigger tires, this current setup will be for street use only.=)

Not bad.
Where did you source the springs and spacers from? How did it alter the handling?
I worry about dropping the car and spacing the wheels because the handling is exactly perfect for me the way it is. I worry about upsetting the balance. Although your drop is exactly where I'd want mine to be, since I don't want a car that will have me going 1 mph over speedbumps.

I got the springs from Good-Win Racing and the spacers from amazon.com. My R3 is my daily driver. I have an s2000 for track days and summer driving, so ultimate handling is not a huge concern with my R3. The springs went on just fine, it's a very minimal drop (less than 1 inch all around). I would say the front lowered a bit more than the rear but I have had no trouble with speedbumps or even snow (I did trim off a bit of the front bumpstop). I drive the car year-round and have snow tires for the winter. This past winter was pretty tame but I had no clearance issues. The spacers have changed the steering feel a bit, but the car still feels fine and still handles like it should. I would say it feels even more oversteer-prone than stock, which I prefer (coming from an s2000).

i love the back windows, with them open it makes the wind with the windows down far less brutal, but yes i have forgotten a few times aswell, but plus side is they dont open far so not much rain gets in unless it is pouring
