i dont think anyone has done this yet for custom paint jobs.

thats actually a lie, ive seen several custom painted rx8's most dont look that great though seeing as the original paint looks so great, but its the owners choice.

Yea, Mazda did great with the original paint selection.

Although, i would love to see a Lexus pearl white RX8....

The best custom paint I've seen on an 8 is matte white. Looked fantastic, though I don't remember who did it...
