Dude I've been looking! But there are so damn many choices and variations it's driving me nuts. Originally I wanted aftermarket wheels last year but evertime I see some I really like I then see some I like even more. So far this haas been the hardest decision to make.

i think rim choices are the hardest to mod on this car, cause there are soooo many to choose from. theres no right or wrong. its just your taste. thats whats hard. thing is even if you buy rims you like. ur gonna end up liking some other rims, and probably down the road sell your rims then purchase another hahahah .

Thanks! Yeah that's my biggest fear. As soon as I slap down cash for some rims I'll find some I like better. Oh well, that's life I guess. Right now I'm leaning towards a good quality gold color wheel. I've always thought gold wheels on black cars looks sweet.

oHHHH nice choice. which rims are you looking at? if you like forged...its pricey like the advan RG's are really nice in gold. i would take those in a second.. or if you like gold with polish lip like dan's car, volk SF's or like GT-C's are nice. gold with polish lip. theres tooo many to choose from. but also you gotta look at your budget from size of rims and width. cause the bigger the more money obviously.

Thanks Sam!

The only criteria I have is lightweight, gold w/polished lip. Price is not an issue, I plan on getting new rubber with them as well. I'd like to stay with 18's though. I've seen the Volk SF's and their really nice. I've been thinking of narrowing it down to 2 or 3 choices then posting a thread to get some feedback from you guys here. I may do that later tonight.

Glad to be of service

Yeah, that's her NG in the pictures. I think that'd be a super good look for our cars. I just don't want to throw that kind of money at a lease...

Don't blame ya!
If you don't mind me asking, what are you doing when the lease is up?
I've only leased one new car in my life and won't ever do it again.

I'm not really sure. I've really been thinking of buying it out since I REALLY love this car and community, but I have a feeling it's going to cost me more than it's worth. If I decided to keep it, I'd probably get into some light modding too, which adds to the temptation. Lately, I've been throwing around the idea of jumping into an IS250 manual, new 325 coupe or maybe even (gasp) a small sport-SUV like a CX-7 or FX35. None of those really evoke the passion I find in the RX8 though, so I'm pretty sure I'd miss it terribly.

Well hope you decide to keep the 8. But you certainly don't want to put yourself in a situation where your gonna get screwed on the dollar amount either. You never know though, by the time your lease is up your needs may have changed. If you do trade it in don't forget to scrape all those melted plastic bags off the bottom. Wouldn't want the dealer deducting for that.
