can you take a clearer photo of your front end please?
your car looks great but some details are not visible.... it looks like it's longer now, cuz the front bumper protrudes a bit, compaired to stock. correct me if I'm wrong....

Nope, those are actually chrome "Deer Alert" whistles.

The roads in Southern OH and WV are infested with Bambies and I found some of these things that really work a few years ago, so I purchased a set in bright chrome.
Does it qualify as rice?, heh-heh...

The more pics I see in this thread the more I know I made the right choice in buying black.

I'm kinda suprised that I haven't seen any gold accents like mine. Must be a specific dealer bling bling add-on.

Black was my first choice, but I actually came really close to picking up a new 04 Lightning Yellow with the same equipment. But, problem was, the dealer that had it was out in the desert- about 100 miles east of LA. And, it was raining like crazy around the time. I needed to get someone to drive all the way out there with me, so I decided to wait out the rain. When the weather finally cleared and I called them- just a week and a half later- they'd already sold it. So, I guess black was the color meant to be- which I had to special order btw... :P

Well worth the wait.
So distinctive that the Sales guy that I worked with pulled over and waited for me to come out of 7-11 just to pay compliments on my "one of a kind" 8, saying that he knew that it was me because of the color & options.
He also noted that even though I stripped the dealer badge from it, he identified the car.
I recanted that I always do that, but if anybody wants to know where it was purchased and who to see, that props are in order.

I have all gold accents on my 8 and I thought this may be cool to try. Since I understood very little print in those links you provided, do you know of any english sites or any other vendors in the US that would sell those kits?

 

There seems to be a shop that exports to North America. It inquires of the trader now.

 

That is unbeleivably hot. It will get over here eventually, but it would be nice to be one of the first. . Gold would look great Tigerlee.
