Yep. It's a touch pad.

 

Like 09 said it's a touchpad. The LCD is a touch screen but I found it easier and safer to change songs on drives with this installed. All I have to do now is stretch my fingers

d_j - The wheels are Wed Sport TC005. I grabbed them from Tire Rack last year but I think they are discontinued now. They were around $400 a piece and only 17-18lbs.

lurch519 - LOL Yeah I upgraded the alternator but it failed and needs to go back. As long as I'm not sitting idle the stock alt with an extra batt does OK.

glassetcher - The mic would need to be seriously muffled to keep the audio from getting blown out. Maybe wrapping a small mic in some foam would do it. I'll definitely play with it in the future. THX

Thanks! LOL You know I never really paid attention to it. I just grabbed it off the net and tweaked it to fit. Wish I could remember who made it. Hoping to get a scanalizer eventually so I can have some real guages on there.

 

I'd like to see more details or even a DIY on that car-puter.
