AEM cai install pics

AEM cai install pics

here are some pics of the cai install today couldn't complete coz i sliced my finger with a part of the car and needed stitches oh well ill finish tomorrow more pics when im done

Stiches for that? Looks like a small cut, band-aid that thing; done.

Install making progress, I'd suggest cleaning up the engine bay while you're at it to compliment the new piece.

lol yea it wasnt that big but what you cant see in the pic is its a chunk of flesh sliced off and for some reason my stupid gf wouldnt let me tape it up and keep working now i cant even go to the garage coz my thumb needs rest WTF girls i tell u!

i know there's a diy on this but im scared of pouring water on my engine what do you guys suggest to clean that dirty engine bay?

I do mine by hand with an engine degreaser/cleaner and a rag
also a nylon brush to get the tight spots....however my engine bay has never been this dirty so I guess my advice may not be the best

^ lol ima try that and then maybe wash it. and the battery is what was installed by mazda a year ago so im hoping its right

yeah that battery doesnt look right i think they goofed. I wish i had the blue intake instead of the grey.........

ok now ima take it back to them still have extended warranty i had a problem with that dealer too ended up in a nasty lawsuit which i woulda won but they settled so now i get everything i want free thanks to mazda usa so i bet if i go in there and say its wrong they'll change it without putting up a fight lol

Dirty engine bay. I would also just use engine degreaser. And that battery definitely doesn't look like mine, which Mazda also installed recently. You should whine from where ever you got it from. Just complain and results usually follow

lol i got a bunch of money and other courtesy's i wish i could get the r3 i love em but they werent out yet when i settled LOL maybe i should sue again for aftereffects that appeared later! hahaha

lol yeah sorry that was before i tightened the clamps theyre lined up the little things bug me like now im cleaning me engine bay and its driving me nuts coz im cleaning the gaps and crevices and EVERYTHING
