Why do some publications claim 800 and some 950? That seems to me like a pretty large discrepancy there.

 

Yeah, I noticed that too. The 850 was RWHP maybe they were guessing at flywheel HP for the cover.

 

i would like to see the dyno #'s for the 800 hp, the car was on e-bay as well

 

I think thye can alter the boost from 600 -1100 bhp but settle at 800-900 for reliability.

 

DAMN! That is awesome. If they could put that setup on my car for less then $10k right now i would have it done. 11k rpm redline damn did they go all out on this. I am 99% sure that they couldn't do this for less then 10k on my car. Prob costs like 30k or something.

with $41,000 would you drop that in ? or buy anothe rx8?

 

i would buy another rx8 and put the two renesis engines together to have a 4 rotor rx8

 

i wonder if acoasta is having mpg issues with their 8 too ?
