This video starts at the casting stage and goes right thru assembly. ive seen other videos before of assembly but this is more complete than any i have seen before. if im reposting then its probably because i skipped it before thinking it was just the assembly bit.

I loved the five axis machining of the housing.

 

I saw that video through one of the other 40th Anniv threads, but it's so choppy that it's unwatchable on my computer - anyone else having this problem? I'd love to see it in it's entirety.

 

Choppy on mine, too. Too bad, because they're awesome videos.

 

It's good to see this process. It makes me appreciate my RX8 so much more. Each rotor is touched by Japanese hands.
