Ok, tonight, gonna go out to eat dinner with my cousin and a buddy. driving to the city. got off williamsburg bridge, delancy ST (NYC ppl knows where it is), Red light, so yea I stop, everybody stopped.

All of sudden, this Nissan Pathfinder in front of me decided that he should back up (reverse), I was maybe 3-4 feet away from him. when I saw his reverse signal on I was like "wtf???". so I honk. but he continued ! I HONK HONK HONK HONK !!!!!! and yeah whats next?





I watch him killed my whole bumper, its not even 1 year old. Literately, Wow !

He said he back up because this truck or whatever was trying to cut him on the right side and he did NOT see me behind him !!!!!

His Pathfinder's tow hook (whatever its called) hit my bumper, thats why his car seems ok while my bumper has a hole on it ... another new bumper?

hmm ... I dont know man. He was nice and stuff, so I didnt get **** that much. Cops came 10 minutes later (that was fast), filed the report(cops tried to ask us to settle this off the books, Im like no, this thing will cost over 1K for sure, then they like ok and do the report), off to my original destination (food) , parked the car ... eat ...

Had a nice meal, my gf and my cousin's gf came later, chat for maybe 2 hours .. fun ...

When I thought everything was over ...



Wow .... fuxking Garbage truck probably came, and spill some ******* garbage on my car !!!!!

Sorry to hear that man, sucks. Your insurance will not go up, that is a no-fault accident as in nothing comes out of your pocket for the cost and as it is 100% the other person's fault, no rates should be jacked up. If they do, you should bitch them out, because that is illegitimate.

 

sucks about the accident, but jackson i'm sorry but I cant help but laugh at someone puking on your car, or birds taking a **** en masse.

I dont know man, cuz a lot of people said in NYC, it doesnt matter whos at fault, both party's insurance will go "up". Even the cops said so. so I dunno.

I will find out when its time to renew my policy, which is another 2-3 months.

hmm, Geico will call me tomorrow morning (cuz they wont call if u report it after 8pm) I'll ask them.

I was completely speechless (so does my cousin, gf, and friends)

dont feel bad man i have **** luck with cars, my gt mustang was totaled by a flood, so i got my 8 with the check. it started storming again so i thought id be smart and pull my 8 in the drive way as not to flood another car (i dont have a driveway spot where im staying). pulled it up in the drive way just intime for a heave wind to blow over the basketball goal and dent the **** out of my bumped and smash in my windshield

Sorry for the loss, I know the feeling of damage to a nice car from personal experience and it hurts but life goes on. These things come in threes so maybe it going to be better for a while.
