Would an Air Ride work for an RX-8?

After December I plan on doing some upgrades in my car

Limited 507 rims
Paint the the rear and front bumpers (the parts that are black)
2 10's rockford fosgate( Im still keeping the stock deck and the guy said it would still work no problem, just not as much power)

and lastly im thinking about an Air ride that can drop or raise my car. Would it work good wit a car like an RX-8?

Air ride suspension should work on just about any car as long as you are only after the look.

IMO, it would ruin the handling characteristics of the 8 and the car will never handle remotely the same again.
