i took my rx to redline but no beep or warning sign
why not ?

mine beeps at 8500+ rpm, it's almost silent. it's a really quiet tone.

same here. thought i lost it over the weekend after i got my car back from the shop, but then realized my music was up too loud :o

I've noticed that if I'm trying to show someone the beep, I have to mute the music, and say, "Listen!" just before the beep. It's not very loud.

If you can’t hear it, try this: Put it in 3rd and drive 87mph for a few miles. That should do it.

That could be bad advice. Mine beeps.

i wish the beep was like the buzzer on the 1st gen rx7s. when it came on, you knew it was on.

Yeah, I heard mine for the first time the other day but just barely. You would think it would be a little louder or use a light or not do it at all.
