Whats your Fastest Corner?
Skidpad numbers of a car are not the absolute limit. Check out the friction circles here : http://www.fd3s.net/magazine_article...article02.html
and you'll see that even .89G skidpad number cars yield in the neighborhood of 1.05 to 1.10 in handling around a track, so it wouldn't be totally out of the question (with ultra sticky rubber) to attain 1.20 or higher with the 8.

I agree, and my point was that even at a basically impossible 1.5Gs the forces would not be enough to cause a human to blackout.

it really just depends on the person - my girlfriend blacked out on a roller coaster and it was just during a back-to-back loop section - it wasn't terrible, but the pull on your chest/inability to breath, and duration of the loops caused her to black out briefly. so maybe it's possible, if that girl wasn't really ready for it and the seatbelt jerked tight right at the moment she tried to inhale.
just moved to austin tx - is there anywhere to track in this area?

hmmm all with good points i guess depends on how weak the person is to speed, depends on how tired they are also and if that have not eaten in a while. and heat plays a factor also but thats the first i have heard about it in a street car ???

I consider a corner anything where I can abruptly cut the wheel and hear the tires groan: school cross walks, police parking lots, road construction zones in the dirt, and those hospital roundabouts where the ambulances pull-in - fantastic!!!!!
Ive mellowed out alot in my car since a close call I had about two months ago, I actually made a thread about it, I was going about 140 and got cut off. So before I give mine, bear in mind Im not this stupid in my car anymore. I took a 50mph offramp at 117mph and my tires were barely squeling and my traction light didnt even blink. Once again before I get banned, it was a long time ago and Im just answering the question. It wasnt that sharp of an off ramp (obviously) but that was by far the craziest Ive done around a corner.
