if I could go back. first mod I would get would be the driver mod

Learn to drive the car first then find out just what you need to mod for you

I see what you're saying. I want wheels, exhaust, accessport. To me, though, the wheels are somewhat of a waste at this point because I have a crapload of tread left on my tires. Instead, I was thinking of lowering it or getting skirts to make it look better.

some nice rims will set it off, but driver mod is a must, if i could go back in time i'd spend all my money from mods on track days and driving school

When I bought mine, it sat just as bare as yours.. it did have the 18" rims though. My mods went in this order.
1- window tint
2- added a sub and amp to the non bose stereo
3- oem aero package, oil cooler and radiator grills, rotary accents
4- new leather shift boot and a Monster ****
4- tune up (plugs, wires, and coils)
5- catback exhaust

imo any further cosmetic mods would make the car look weirder with the 16 inch that you have now so I would swap those out asap but you could maybe start with clear corners or strakes if you are into that kind of thing.

Handling wise - tires. They will make the single biggest difference in cornering and handling characteristics.
