I've had my '8 for 2 months and 2000 miles now, and have probably gone a little overboard in dressing it up, both mechanically and cosmetically. Just wondering what others have done. I'll start with my Pearl White '05, in order of purchase and/or installation:

1) K&N (drop-in) air filter
2) Clear corner lenses
3) PIAA Xtreme Force high- and low-beam headlights
4) PIAA Stealth corner lamps and turn signal lamps
5) PIAA wiper blades
6) Lineage grounding kit

8) Kenwood Excelon front and rear speakers (non-Bose factory system)

11) Replaced tranny and differential oil with Red Line synthetic

haah modding rx8s is all for show and aesthetics save coilovers and boosting , i cant afford to throw away 2k on bolt ons that add 7whp combined.
