hi im new here in the tread just got a rx8, is it normal for the car to sometimes when starting the engine when havent been turned on it starts rough like at 2.5 ,3 thousand rpm.ive been trying the warming before shutting down by holding it for 10 sec at 3.00 before shutting off is theres something wrong with the car or am i doing something that im not suppose too?it only does it when the engine is cold!

 

its completly normal as long as your foot is not on the accelerator when starting.
