weird crank issue help pls!

I drove the car to and from work perfectly fine but when i came out the next morning the car will not crank.
When i try to crank it i can hear 1 or two clunks coming from the transmission area and then it sounds like the starter is free spinning.
I put a new starter in and that did not fix the issue. I tried to do a compression test and on my tester i noticed that each time you hear the clunk it registers as 1 crank, but it doesnt crank enough to get results.
tbh it seems like the motor is locked but i dont understand how that could happen after a ride home from work, wasnt beating on it, let it warm up to operating temp.
After i got home i also let the car idle for a minute or so before shutting it off and it was idling fine.
I will try and get a video of it as of now i dont have one.

its at about 107k miles, I did a compression test a month or two ago and psi was 90-100 on all faces and both rotors.
I use 20w50 for the last 3 oil changes, i live in florida.

Can you turn the motor over by hand in neutral? Using a spcket on the front pulley?

If it's freespinning then the starter isn't engaging to the flywheel so either starter solenoid or something mechanical with the flywheel's tooth ring.

I believe i found the culprit. I took the starter out again and i tried to wiggle the flywheel and sure enough its is loose as a goose. The flywheel must of broke loose over time.
i can turn the main pully with little to no effort.
