Vacuum Line Capping After AEM/MS Intake Install

Just wondering for those with the AEM/MS intake installed, was there only one location that needed to be capped at the TB? I only recall one vacuum line that went to the vacuum canister and then to toe VFAD or whatever.

I wasn't paying too much attention it seems, and I believe there was only one, but the install instructions from AEM show a completely different location.
