transmission noise when shifting?

when im shifting from first to second or second to third the car makes a bump noise wel lkind of like something is going to come off but i checked the bolts and everything is ok so do i need to bring it to mazda for inspection or should i let go of the clutch real quick before stepping into the gas or how should i shift the car is really weird so pls hellpppp and if i have the mazdaspeed intake and some exhaust mod will that effect the warrenty.

a "thunk" noise when you shift into gear is normal and it happens often when the car is cold.
