Towing Eye / Hook

Looked at the jack kit in the boot today for the first time and noticed I have 3 screw in towing eye's. There's two clipped into the trim and an extra one floating loose. Is this normal ???

They are the tie down hooks for the Pacific Ocean journey. You were to only have two, so the loose one belongs to another RX8 somewhere in America.
