Got updates occasionally - in June it was 'next week'
Was patient.
Last email from Jeff was August - 'waiting for small parts'
March 4th 2009 formal request for refund.

Actually kinda funny, because I was taken aback slightly when I first learned of your gender long ago. I just said "Wow", "She's one of the most knowledgeable people on the forum". I personally was and am still impressed! I don't mean for that to sound sexist either.

There were hints along the way if you paid attention and caught them They were pretty subtle.
