Stealth, I am really glad to hear you are finally pursuing a refund on this. A year wait for this product is completely insane and if I had known about your wait when I ordered mine I wouldn't have. It sucks that you aren't going to get the upgrade, but on the plus side there are multiple other turbo options appearing now from other vendors including the water-cooled, ported TD06 which could be a very viable option for you/us.
Please PM me immediately if you get any delay in getting your refund because I will need to start the process to get my refund as well. I was going to wait until May 1st to see if the upgrade came through, but I've heard absolutely nothing about the status of the kit and I will not be as patient as you were.
Also, I didn't realize Stealth was a girl either, but it makes sense in retrospect. Either way you are a very cool person, and best of luck with your FI goals.

Phil was over charged for his upgrade and needed to sell asap. Thats where you come in and buy it. At first I wanted it, but had second thoughts about Jeff and Ray doing the install. After all how knows how many engines Jeff went through before he got his car right. So the bet was off. In the end I should have got it and had Dave in AZ do the install

We've seen a lot of vendor complaints mysteriously disappear before... but this thread is different. Stealth is not complaining, and in fact has been saintly in patiently waiting for this thing. Mother Theresa has nothing on her. She waited patiently and quietly, and when she didn't want to wait anymore she hasn't thrown a fit about it, but informed everyone else on the club which I think is a good thing. Hell, I wish I had known about her problems before I ordered the same damn kit. :P
James (blueadept) was sending bits of his routines a few years ago. Funny funny funny- he does this one about NASA.... hold on

Not that I understand what that has to do with your continued obvious trolling, you have indeed been a member of this forum for longer than I have, and your contributions are appreciated by many I'm sure. Since you are such a fine and upstanding member and have been for so long, perhaps you could keep this thread on topic for once. Or if "i been" using too many big words perhaps someone else can explain it to you.

Any ideas what you are going to do for your current GReddy setup? Are you going to get the TD06 rebuilt? I couldn't remember if your 8 was your daily driver or not.
