Time for a new Engine..

I have almost 90K miles and bought the car used in May 2011. It has had the engine replaced before , before me. They told me that my engine has 40K miles and might need to be replaced because it is leaking oil and needs sparks replaced. Should I bring it up to see if it needs replaced when I go in to my 91K oil change

Also my Car makes a like creaky noise while its just sitting.. but if I press my clutch in, it goes away? Should I asked to get that checked or replaced before the warranty is up?

Overall I want to sell the car in May get something with Better Gas like the MS3

Who is telling you that you need an engine? What city are you in?

The noise my be the normal noise from the input shaft bearing region of the RX-8 gearbox. Nothing to be worried about.

Paul.
