Sunroof size... worth it?

Sunroof size... worth it?
I was kicking around the idea of adding the touring package to get the Sunroof. I looked at the interior 360 and the sunroof appears to be very small, opening to only a sliver. That may hardly be worth it for $2,700. I don't care about Bose and Xenons.
Has anyone seen it, any comments?

I understand your hesitance, but it would be enough for me, personally.
That windshield is raked back pretty far, so any wider of a sunroof would just be behind your head anyway...

One reason I opted for cloth rather than leather is the "faux leather" on the doors vs the leather on the seats. If I got leather, I would want the colored inserts... but I have seen beigh leather M1 Miatas and the door panels and seats look much different after a bit of fading. It makes for a three-tone interior. Granted, a convertible sees much more sun, but it happens nonetheless.

Sunroof size
I've seen an RX8 with a sunroof. I didn't study it too closely, but it didn't at all appear small. I would say it is pretty much the same if not exactly the same size as the 3rd gen RX7.

Did you notice if the dip was retained on the car even though glass now covers it?
