so my dad actually went out and bought a porsche carrera S haha probably some mid0life crisis thing haha, so my dad and i decide to see each others car handing/power....... he beat me, but i kept up thank god to GReddy Turbo Kit it seemed like i had better handling on the bends!! ...... well i love my 8 and i wouldn't trade it for anything!!!!

Your dad is probably just not familiar with his Porsche yet. Give him some time and I'm sure he'll leave you on the twisties eventually.

not yet rotary rasp i have to find a place where i can get it dynoed... soon though.... yea Bart i'm from NJ... Short Hills, NJ to be exact...... and yea i think my dad was screwing with me because porsche's are ridiculously fast! But hey i get more looks driving the 8 then the porsche hahaha....

 

An RX-8 with a turbo shouldn't have a lot of trouble keeping up with a non-turbo Porsche in the "twisties." Actually I would expect the 8 to be easier to handle.
