Match Revs on Downshift?

Did you heel/toe to match revs on your shift from 6-4? What was your speed when you did so? What is the "customary" speed at which most cars take that turn?

heh, the rx8 is almost on its own in terms of cornering speed, the car stock seems to take on average 2-3 times the speed limit on tight turns
