Now if someone will tell me how and where I can get my tuner to do this. He uses protuner so I am no longer able to look for myself.
Speed Limit and Rev Limit are not the same thing.

True that.

7500, below is my dyno run, looks like he stopped at 7500 to me on a 4th gear pull.

I've never had enuff room to test the 125 limit, I have hit 118 and the car was still pulling strong and that was before adding the s/c. The track we go to is to short. We will be going to much bigger tracks and I'm just trying to work out all the bugs before I make those long trips and spend the dough

I was just telling what I recall reading over the years and requested you search to confirm which I see you did.

I just came back from Vegas to LA... and I was able to MAX out my TOP speed on my 2007 6AT RX-8. It was 125mphs. It was definitely limited as in 5 gear I had more RPM to red line.

So now I am wondering how the hell to get rid of the speed limiter on the 6AT

No chance. Never admit to anything that the statute of limitations hasn't expired on. Lol. I've had way too many really high hp cars to start "true confessions".

On a side note though I'm taking my gt500 to the Texas mile in beeville next go 'round. It's legal that way. ~ 750 whp. Yeah baby. Lol
