Specific Shinka improvement question

I'm getting close to making a move on an '05 Shinka. I wasn't set on it, but wanted a GT and this became available and the best deal. I'm pretty excited and have been reading about the edition. I know all about the interrior changes, paint, and the whole list put out by rotarynews and whatnot. I was wondering if anyone knowlegeable could comment on these two upgrades:

"Suspension cross member injected with foaming urethane improving performance and ride quality."
Is this a significant improvement? If so, how does it compare to the Auto Exe member brace kit? Would the Auto kit replace this Shinka cross member piece?

"Unique Suspension tuning with thicker 14mm damper shafts (up from 12mm)"
How awesome or non-eventful is this compared to the GT? And what makes it so?

Thanks for your help.

resale value on shinkas are lower than standard GT's. Make sure you don't get suckered into paying more because it's a "limited edition shinka"
