^ umm did you post in the correct thread? lol jk but yeah the housing itself is the same but theres an adapter connector that is different

air bags did not deploy, could be because the battery got crushed on impact.

the right front door doesnt open all the way, could be because the fender, i didnt get chance to check, when i close the 1/2 door on the driver side i remember hearing scraping.

If the door is damaged from a front impact... its totalled.

Yeah, it was in reference to Jin Desu' post, stating the prices of the parts. which state 1k for HID headlights, and 400 for Halogens.

No idea. You could pretty easily (bake, open, replace, seal, easy to some not to others) change the halogen to HID just by changing out the ballasts and lamps for much cheaper...

But yes, the HIDs are at least 1k =\

so heres an update... still no word from the shop. Ill wait till the afternoon to give them a call and see what is what.

update: so i called the shop to see if they have had the adjuster take a look at it yet. They are still waiting for the assignment from state farms. The receptionist said the shop called it totaled but they are just waiting on the adjuster.

...that sucks, but from working at a body shop...at least in mn, the ins co. will total it if the damage adds up to 70% or more of what the car is worth....at least thats what it is in mn....idk about anywhere else

I'd imagine it totaled. The car wouldn't be valued very high since the milage.
