i know it was my fault before anyone else says anything. There was a lady stalled on the freeway and there was a tahoe waiting to move to another lane, he didnt have his breaks on so i couldnt tell if he was stopped or moving. So once i close enough he hit his breaks and i didnt get a chance to stop fast enough because my break were really worn out. By the way this was on the freeway in the galleria area which is always packed and i was doing about 60mph while he was completely stopped. After i crashed i came out the car and went to the lady that was stalled and she said he car would not move at all. After the cops got here she started her car and drove away.

Looks like a total in my opinion... It's a 2004 idk the mileage but its worth what lets say $11,000. It was also your fault.

From the pics you need to replace
-Pass Fender
-Corners
-Battery
-Hood
-Front Bumper
-undertray
-intake
-fuse box

Doesn't look too good

It had 90k miles, also the oil coolers might have gotn damaged because i saw some oil dripping, and the radiator got pushed back some fogs are also cracked.

From the pics you need to replace
-Pass Fender - $300
-Corners - $70 each
-Battery - i dunno
-Hood - $400
-Front Bumper - $200 + $100 for the lip, if you have one
-undertray - unknown, but not that much
-intake - unknown
-fuse box - unknown

Doesn't look too good
Add to that:
Headlight(s) - $400 if it's halogen, $1000 if it's HID each

Dunno bout the radiator, oil coolers, and fogs. The prices listed are new, the insurance may opt for used since your car's got quite a lot of miles. But you also have to consider repair cost, which can be equal to the parts costs...

Sounds like Houston alright.

Hopefully insurance takes care of you.

On the bright side you don't have to worry about buying a transmission.

I wouldn't be surprised if its not totalled. Ive seen similar damage be repaired. Were the doors damaged?

I however have a question. Why is the HID cost so much? Is the housing any different?
