the school parking lot does not have cameras;
there is nothing in the school manual about the school being responsible for the parking lot;
i have no flashy mods on my car aside from my under-glow;
and the kid is just another spoiled kid who lives in New Jersey. his parents bought him a Mustang, he didn't like it and sold it, they bought him the 8, he crashed it and sold it, and now his parents bought him a new 2010 328i;
i'll post some pics of the scratches shortly.
That's enough to proof that he is indeed a fucked up.

In my opinion, most fucked up kids these days are all their parent's fault. too f-ing spoiled, they buy anything they asked with almost no questions asked. As long as he/she is "happy. man wtf.

when I was little my parents taught me if I want something, do the right thing, work hard and get it yourself, the feeling is priceless. I mean they still got me toys from time to time, but I was out to work when I was like 13-14, some kids these days can't even make their own breakfast even @ their 15-16. this is just f-ing sad. I start making my own breakfast/dinner when I was like 8. my god.

One thing I don't get it is that, the day he threw blueberry at you, what was your reaction?

if I were you, I just gonna jump off the car and beat the **** out of him. beat his *** until he cry for his mommy. Im dead serious.

there are people that you have to stand up against him, make him feel sorry and he will leave you alone forever.

I am not even old enough to have my license yet, but that's severly messed up. People go to work every single say to earn their money and buy nice cars. Yet, little kids go around tearing them up. I'm 14 to be exact, but I'm not immature either.

no offense taken. and i'm usually not the kind of person to jump outta my car and beat someone's *** unless i saw them directly attack my car. when he threw the blueberry i just kinda looked at him like 'wtf?' not realizing it was going to be an almost daily thing... now when he gives me the finger or anything i just shake my head and look away. but come monday, if there's a new scratch on my car i'm goin to kick his ***. i worked 40+ hour weeks for the last 2 summers and work everyday after school for 5 hours. i'm not gonna let someone slowly but surely **** something up that i work so hard to get...

great. start a paint destroying war. thats the way to fix this lol...

at my dads old shop we had this guy we absolutely hated. So one day we changed out the gear that runs to speedometer with one that was smaller. He came back the next day talking about how everyone was flying down highway 75 that morning at 90mph and we just couldnt stop laughing.

In Texas, I'm pretty sure we can defend just about anything with force

I live in NJ too. A fairly rich town actually lol. Everyone always got their cars handed to them. Beemers, hummers, benz. Meanwhile I took my moms scion xa to school on occassion. Real FML moments there.

Ugh... so messed up...

Stuff like this makes me scared to go out and enjoy life. One day I'll walk into a McDonalds to buy a mcdouble or something, and then I'll walk back outside and find $2000 worth of key damage done by some guy who wanted to look like a hard *** in front of his friends.

Post pictures so we can tell if it's actually intentional or not... I doubt someone's going to half-*** vandalism. If it's minor scratches, then it could be any number of things. I picked up a few light scratches from barely touching a bush when backing out of my parent's driveway.

Biggest piece of advice: Do not try to do anything in retaliation or accuse him of anything unless you're VERY certain it was him. If it turns out to be someone else, you'll now have 2 enemies, and I don't think that's your goal.

UPDATE: today the school called me down to the main office. they said that they inspected my car and marked every blemish on a sheet and walked me down to my car. they asked me to point out all the marks that i do not recall being there; they also noted those. they're going to pay for my car to be stage-3 detailed by a local detail shop. i work there and will be doing a 3 stage detail on my own car for 300 dollars plus the few hours i'll be on the clock (they don't know i work there). they said that any marks that are still there after the detail they will pay to be sanded and repainted come spring.
honestly, i'm semi satisfied with the result. gonna do the camera idea in the back of my car for a week or so to see if anyone approaches it. i'll update you guys if i had to beat someone's *** or not

What the hell, man? That's unreal. Do you go to a private or public school?

My school would never do anything like that... so unfair...

It comes down to legality and such. A lot of disclaimers are bullshit. When trucks have a signs like "Keep 100 yards back: Not liable for damage from debris falling from truck" or w/e, they're still completely liable. "To-go parking only: Violators will be towed" is also bullshit. They almost never have the legal right to tow you. So the school probably told him they weren't liable even though they are liable.

Oh, high school...

It's still the same game. This other guy is simply trying to punk you. If you've made this far in life without ever being in a fight, congratulations. If you haven't been in a fight yet, congratulations...because you're about to.

I hate to encourage it, especially with most schools having zero tolerance these days -- but seriously, the next time this guy throws **** at you, just casually walk up and take his jaw off. I guarantee that'll be the end of his bullshit posturing.

I'm just barely into my 30's, but I'm not so old that I don't remember what high school was like. My experience was that almost all of these ****** will back down if you simply throw it back at them. Don't be afraid to get your knuckles a little bloody provided it doesn't get you into too much trouble.

Does your school have cameras anywhere and/or the parking lot?

^I think any school that doesnt want their name in the paper would eventually give in like in this case. I went to a Public Highschool which had an award winning marching band and CIF Athletic teams. But like to every school there is always their flaws. At my school if you hated someone you didnt talk **** to them or about them in rumors or w/e, you would go up to them and beat their ***- end of story. There was a fight at least twice a week, and not behing hidden areas, out in the maint area (COURTYARD) for everyone to see. There was so many fights happening that people actually started to get pretty to keep from getting caught. What started happening was that two friends would cause a "fake push shove fight" to make a big scene and crowd the kids around to see the fight. Some kind of staff would radio it in, and all of Security would come to break up a "fake fight", Meanwhile security would be distracted two enemies would be fighting on the opposite side of the school without any worries about getting caught, suspended, or expelled. Anyways, my point is that the high school had put in cameras (even before I went to highschool) almost everywhere (even the parking lots) except the bathrooms. Big Black Domed Cameras. This was so that even if security misses a fight because they are distracted by another fight or w/e they will have the camera footage to look back on. The school got ridiculous with the whole idea and eventually started using the camera to give "TARDY Detentions" to people who were late to class.

Off the Topic: What was so stupid about my school was that if you were late, most teachers wouldnt mind you coming in class 5 min or so late without a pass. They all agreed and even told students "why would I want to report you being late without a pass and have you sit in Detention learning nothing but probably doing standards (mandatory), instead of being in class learning and educating like yourself for your future." Nobody at my school hate teachers, they loved them, eveyrone hated security and the rest of the staff snitches. Hating what they were teaching is another story ....

public school by the way.
and to work off what zumn was saying; my school was deemed a Blue Ribbon School, many of the athletes get scholarships, and the marching band is asked every year to play in NYC. they hate having their name throw around with bad things attached. a fight breaks out that involves the police and is put in the paper? my school writes an article in the paper saying how that we have a zero-tolerance policy and that the students will be punished to the fullest extent of the law. the fight doesn't even have to be on school grounds, if you go to the school, and the fight reaches the paper, BAM school rights a counter article to cover their asses.
i guess my administration saw how pissed i was when i left the main office that they immediately thought the worst and are now covering their asses. which just happens to work in my favor this time
